We do not process refunds, but we’re here to make things right if your product arrives damaged! If you notice any damage upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. Our team will quickly arrange a replacement for you.

Refund Amount and Processing
Once we verify the damage, we’ll send you a confirmation email/text message after which you can send the damaged item back to us, and we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
